SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are happy to ship an item to your front door, be it fall in North America, summer in Australia, or winter in Europe, a hammock is the perfect gift.

Shipping time varies on the order. We do our best to meet our shipping times. Delivery will depend on the shipping method you choose. If you are interested, we offer expressed shipping for an extra charge. If you prefer expressed shipping, please leave a detailed message in the inbox. Please review the estimated shipping times below:

North America: 11-14 business days

Europe: 11-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-16 business days

Asia Pacific: 13-17 business days

Lastly, the buyer is responsible for custom and import taxes, and we are not responsible for delays at customs.

 

We want you to be happy with your item(s), and will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of the date you receive your Item, and ensure the item is shipped back to us within 30 days of its delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept a returned custom order or a sale item.

We cannot accept cancellations, therefore, you will be responsible for the charges. Please contact us if you have problems with your order. Unless a custom order is damaged or defective, we cannot accept its return. We are not responsible for how the hammock looks after your purchase. Please note the buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Lastly, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for additional costs.
