SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to ship an item to your front door, be it fall in North America, summer in Australia, or winter in Europe, an indoor hammock is the perfect gift.
Shipping time varies on the order. We do our best to meet our shipping times. Delivery will depend on the shipping method you choose. 
If you are interested, we offer express shipping for an extra charge. If you prefer express shipping, please choose that option in the checkout process.

Europe: 11-15 business days

Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other custom related charges. Import duties, taxes or other customer charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
We want you to be happy with your item(s), and work hard to deliver excellent quality products.
We will refund 100% of your payment plus return shipping cost, if you are not satisfied with the quality, or if the item does not follow or is not accurate to the description or picture, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
Please contact us within 10 days of the date you receive your Item, to get a return authorization, return instructions and mailing address.

At your own cost, you may also use the delivery service of your choice to return your order.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the shipping company attempted a delivery of your package, and you do not reschedule a new delivery, or didn’t pick-up your package for any reason and it is returned to Wayuu Hammocks (Colombia), we will refund you after deducting the return shipping charges.
If the item was damaged in transit, arrived wet or destroyed in any way, please take pictures and report to the shipping company immediately, every item we send is insured under the customers name, therefore you must proceed to issue a complaint to the shipping company how is responsible for the damages occurred in transit and full refund of the insured piece.
Unfortunately, we do not accept a returned custom order unless is defective also items in sale can't be returned.
