1) Can I make a customized order?

2) Are Wayuu Hammocks designed for outdoor use?

Our hammocks are specially designed for indoor use, therefore, a bedroom, living room, sunroom, patio porch or even your attic are great places for it.

We produce excellent pieces that are made to last a lifetime, however, macramé and crochet are not meant for harsh weather conditions.

You can perfectly use your piece on exteriors if you store it back at the end of the day, if your hammock becomes wet allow it to dry completely.

3) When will my order be shipped?

We prepare your order in two to four days of your order, unless you ask for a customized order or made-to-order item.

Please note the shipment is dependent on the order:

1. In-stock items (two-four business days)

2. Made-to-order (This hammock is made after the order has been processed, and shipment is dependent on when it is finished).

3. Customized order (Example: You want a crazy bright pink and yellow hammock with extra long tassels that are the colour of the rainbow).

4) When will my order arrive?

We are happy to ship an item to your front door, be it fall in North America, summer in Australia, or winter in Europe, a hammock is the perfect gift. Shipping time varies on the order.

We do our best to meet our shipping times. Delivery will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please review the estimated shipping times below:

North America: 8 -12 business days

Europe: 11-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-16 business days

Asia Pacific: 13-17 business days

Lastly, the buyer is responsible for custom and import taxes, and we are not responsible for delays at customs.

5) What shipping services do you offer?

We are proud to offer fast and secure USA shipping with FedEx. Other shipping methods depend on the nation’s shipping service(s).

When your hammock has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please leave your phone number to.

 

6) How should I care for my hammock to ensure it lasts a lifetime?

We recommend a careful hand-wash with gentle laundry soap and cold water (DO NOT MACHINE WASH).
Follow the care label instructions attached to your hammock.

7) Should I expect extra costs like taxes or customs duties?

It depends on your country’s legislation, packages to U.S.A will only be charged for taxes if the total cost of the order exceeds 600 dollars.

Please remember that you (the buyer/receiver) are responsible for additional taxes or customs duties that are added to your shipment when it passes through customs and into your country.

8) Lengths and sizes:

Sizes, including length, width, height and depth are included in the item description in both inches and centimeters. We specify the item weight and capacity for your knowledge and safety.

9) Do you offer Gift wrapping, packaging, or gift card?

We offer gift wrapping for free. If desired, please mention it in the notes section at the check-out.

Can I have a personal message placed inside the package? No problem. We will print your message for free and include it in the handmade box with your order.
