We are very excited to announce the change of our name!  For quite some years now, we have been entirely committed and pumped to design and produce our dream hammocks.

We first found great inspiration while working with the Wayúu tribe, who we consider to be the original creators of the Luxury Hammock—not only because of the amazing skills and craftsmanship the Wayúu display in their Chinchorros, but also because of the important role hammocks have in their cultural identity and the deep understanding and admiration Colombian Luxury crafters have for them.

Through the years, we have discovered a variety of Colombian crafters and techniques that have made it possible for us to expand our creative vision and offer a wider range of Luxury Hammocks. We love how this unexpected journey has taken us to discover many new things about our country and culture, which we are thrilled to now share with you, our customers.

To better represent our commitment to the creation of meaningful pieces assembled by an extensive group of Colombian crafters, we are renaming our brand: GLAMMOCKS.

We have chosen GLAMMOCKS  as our new name because it captures the glamorous essence that can be found in our selection of expanded products, all of which maintain a commitment to luxury, quality, and cultural style.

Wayúu Hammocks will continue to serve as our paramount product, since it marks the beginning of our path to providing handcrafted, quality items. Also, these are the most valuable Hammocks we offer. Furthermore, we will continue developing our partnership with the Wayúu tribe, fostering an even stronger bond, and we will brand their distinctive products as Wayúu by Glammocks.
